Ring Road Trip Overview

We set out to circle the Ring Road in just 5 days. We bookended our trip in Reykjavik on either end. It was an ambitious plan. Although we were driving about 4 hours each day, there is so much to see along the road that each day took us 10-12 hours with stops, and there was plenty more to see. Lucky for us, we had good weather except for the day we landed and our first day on the road. It really helped to have sunlight almost 24/7 and that almost all the attractions were open 24/7 as well.
